Secondary Location:
Rann of Kutch, Gujarat

Travel, Accommodation & Food: The candidate should be willing to travel between Gurgaon and Rann of Kutch, Gujarat based on requirements. All official travel expenses, accommodation, and meals/food during duty will be provided by the employer.

Key Responsibilities

Meal Planning & Preparation

Prepare breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, and beverages as per the schedule.

Cook a wide variety of
Indian cuisines
including North Indian, South Indian, Punjabi, Gujarati, Rajasthani, and other regional specialties.

Prepare
multi-cuisine dishes
such as Continental, Chinese, Italian, Mexican, Thai, and other international cuisines.

Plan balanced, nutritious, and varied weekly meal menus.

Prepare meals for guests, gatherings, festivals, and special occasions.

Ensure meals are served fresh, on time, and presented professionally.

Prepare meals based on specific dietary requirements, including diabetic, low-oil, low-salt, high-protein, vegetarian,



or other customized diets.

Kitchen Management

Maintain the highest standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and organization.

Clean and organize cooking utensils, appliances, and workstations after use.

Ensure proper storage of cooked food, groceries, vegetables, and pantry items.

Maintain cleanliness of refrigerators, freezers, and pantry storage areas.

Grocery & Inventory Management

Prepare grocery, vegetable, dairy, and kitchen supply requirement lists.

Monitor inventory of food items, spices, and kitchen essentials.

Ensure efficient utilization of ingredients while minimizing food wastage.

Coordinate with the employer for timely replenishment of supplies.

Food Safety & Hygiene

Follow strict food safety and hygiene practices at all times.

Use fresh, high-quality ingredients.

Ensure proper food storage, handling, and preparation practices.
