Responsibilities •

• • Clean, prepare and optimize data for ingestion and consumption • Collaborate on the implementation of new features •

• Design, build and support MES platforms like AVEVA, Proficy, FactoryTalk, Apriso, SAP DM/ME/MII etc. for Genpact Customers. Design, implement and support product features in collaboration with business and Technology stakeholders Build continuous integration, test-driven development and production deployment environments Troubleshoot data issues and perform root cause analysis to proactively resolve product and operational issues

Minimum Qualifications •

• Proficient in integrating MES/PLM with PLCs, SCADA systems, and ERP (SAP/Oracle). •

• Strong understanding of data structures, databases





• Strong understanding of solution and technical design Experience MES implementation with full lifecycle experience of at least 1 end to end MES implementations. Good understanding of MES platforms like AVEVA, Proficy, FactoryTalk, Apriso, SAP DM/ME/MII etc. Robust understanding of shop floor systems, manufacturing data models, and production operations (OEE, traceability, quality, scheduling). Familiarity with standards like OPC, MQTT, REST APIs, SQL databases, and edge computing. Has a strong problem solving and analytical mindse
