Your Role
- Provide endtoend application support and maintenance, ensuring smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders with strong communication for effective problemsolving and updates.
- Utilize solid understanding of financial processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support application functionalities.
- Analyze recurring issues, propose improvements, and ensure adherence to SLAs and best practices in application support.

Your Profile
- 4+ years of handson experience in Oracle PBCS, including application support, administration, and maintenance activities.
- Strong expertise in troubleshooting, issue resolution, system enhancements,



and ensuring smooth daytoday PBCS operations.
- Solid understanding of core finance functions such as budgeting, planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with both business users and technical teams.
