Hiring: International Voice Process Technical Support

Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Work Schedule:

5 Days Working & 2 Days Week Off

Rotational Shifts & Rotational Week Off

One-way Cab Facility Provided

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.

Activate and set up merchant accounts within defined timelines.

Ensure smooth merchant onboarding and build robust client relationships.

Resolve customer queries efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction.

Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve merchant concerns.

Maintain positive client relationships and help reduce customer churn.

Required Skills

Minimum 1 year of International Voice Process experience.

Technical Support & Troubleshooting experience.

Excellent communication skills.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
