Job Description:
We are hiring freshers, diploma, and degree holders as Service Advisors at our TVS dealership. You will be the first point of contact for customers, coordinating vehicle services and ensuring a smooth, satisfying service experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and understand service needs
- Prepare job cards and coordinate with technicians
- Explain service requirements, estimates, and timelines
- Update customers on service progress
- Maintain service records and handle queries professionally
Eligibility: Freshers | Diploma / Graduate | Good communication skills | Customer-focused
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
