At Clayco Cosmetics, we're building India's premium skincare brand ? and are looking for a passionate Influencer Marketing Executive to help scale our creator-led growth and brand visibility.

What You'll Do

✨ Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns across product launches and always-on growth initiatives on Instagram, YouTube, and emerging creator platforms.

✨
Drive
premium content
collaborations with creators, influencers, and UGC creators that align with Clayco's brand positioning.

✨ Manage YouTube influencer campaigns including:
- Product Reviews
- Skincare Routines
- Shorts & Reels
- Long-format Creator Collaborations

✨ Build and nurture relationships with Nano, Micro, Macro, Regional, and Vernacular creators.

✨ Drive brand awareness, visibility, engagement, and community growth through strategic influencer partnerships.





✨ Track and optimize campaign performance through key metrics including:
- Revenue
- Reach
- Engagement
- CPV
- CPO
- Conversions
- Creator ROI

✨ Manage influencer marketing platforms such as ViralMe, Wishlink, Lehlah, and similar tools.

✨ Identify high-performing creators and build long-term partnerships and repeat collaborations.

✨ Source and repurpose high-performing UGC content for:
- Paid Ads
- Marketplace Creatives
- Website Content
- Performance Marketing Campaigns

✨ Ensure seamless campaign execution including briefing, negotiations, content approvals, tracking, reporting, invoicing, and dashboards.

✨ Experiment with emerging formats such as creator-led education, affiliate campaigns, live sessions, skincare challenges, YouTube Shorts, and regional creator activations.

What We're Looking For

✔ 1–5 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Brand Marketing, Social Commerce, or related roles.
