Management Associate

to join our team in Bhubaneswar. This is not a desk job—this is a
Future Energy Leadership Program (FELP)

role where you will operate at the intersection of B2B strategy, financial modeling, and on-ground project execution.

Who You Are:

1. Academic Background:

BBA/MBA graduate or final-year student with a sharp commercial mind.
2. Experience:

Freshers with a "growth-first" mindset are highly encouraged. Candidates with 1+ years of experience in business development, operations, or B2B sales are preferred.
3. The "Owner" Mindset:

You possess an intense curiosity about sustainable energy and a track record of taking ownership of complex problems.
4. Communication:

You are articulate, organized,



and capable of representing ZeroPlug in high-stakes boardroom environments.
5. Technological Fluency:

You are proficient in MS Excel (financial modeling), data presentation, and are comfortable picking up current engineering/telemetry software.

What You Will Do:

1. Commercial Strategy:

Assist in the development of high-value B2B proposals, feasibility studies, and CAPEX/COCO financial models for utility-scale solar and EV infrastructure.
2. Regulatory Liaison:

Support our regulatory firewall by coordinating with state DISCOMs, government departments, and safety inspection authorities (CEIG) for project commissioning.
3. Project Operations:

Shadow senior engineering architects on-site, gaining deep technical exposure to renewable hardware deployment, IoT telemetry, and structural safety standards.
4. Stakeholder Engagement:

Assist in managing relationships with commercial land partners, corporate clien
