Reconciliation Developer

Experience:
2–5 Years

Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree

Key Skills & Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as
FIS IntelliMatch, DUCO, SmartStream TLM, Recon Frontier, AutoRek, or Gresham CTC.
- Strong understanding of
Reconciliation Domain Concepts
, including various vanilla reconciliations,
Break Management
, and
Exception Management
.
- Experience in
Reconciliation Development
, preferably with
IMatch
.
- Strong SQL development skills with
SQL Server and/or Oracle
, including:
- Complex Queries and Joins
- DDL/DML
- Stored Procedures
- Good understanding of the
Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
and
Change Management
processes.
- Experience with job scheduling tools such as
AutoSys
or
Control-M
.
- Exposure to
CI/CD pipelines
,
GitLab
, code packaging, and release management.




- Ability to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex reconciliation issues.
- Work independently across the complete delivery lifecycle with minimal supervision.
- Coordinate with business, operations, testing, and support teams to ensure successful project delivery and system stability.
