You will work with a technical community and interact with some of the most respected guides in networking as you provide critical engineering support for very large-scale customer deployments. As an engineer in this team, you will have the opportunity to not only support some of the world's largest Web scaler and Service Provider networks. You will also work with Product management, Sales and Marketing teams on pro-active customer engagements covering current technologies. You will actively engage engineering architects and technical domain guides in product development giving to product quality, debuggability and customer technical requirements.

- Actively engage, take ownership, and aim to resolution critical customer issues in Cisco’s Routing portfolio
- Provide guide support and be a critical point of contact for technical and operational issues that require engineering expertise to resolve
- Apply analytical skills and profound technical knowledge to understand and resolve product and network problems of high complexity
- Provide technical support to Cisco customer-facing teams and customers; provide status updates on the overall deployment projects
- Actively engage with Cisco’s customer facing teams and travel to customer sites if needed
- Efficiently apply lab setups to recreate and solve complex problems in systems due to configuration, software or hardware defects
