Role Description
The Sr. Graphic Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for leading visual design projects across Sankalp Group’s restaurant, hotel, and real estate brands.



This role involves creating brand-aligned graphics for digital and print media, including marketing campaigns, social media assets, menus, packaging, signage, and promotional materials. The Sr. Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with marketing, brand, and operations teams to translate concepts into compelling visual stories and ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include developing logos and brand identities, exploring typography and layouts, refining design guidelines, and preparing production-ready files. The role also includes mentoring junior designers, coordinating with external agencies or printers, and maintaining high-quality standards that support brand recognition and customer engagement.
