Your Role at a Glance:

As the Reservation Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s room reservations function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and service excellence across channels. You will balance guest expectations with commercial strategy, optimising inventory, driving conversion, and supporting revenue goals. Working closely with Revenue Management, Sales, Front Office, and Marketing,



you will ensure that every reservation aligns with The Imperial’s luxury positioning and brand standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage the reservations team to ensure prompt, accurate, and courteous handling of all room inquiries and bookings across channels.
- Oversee daily reservation operations including FIT, corporate, group, travel agent, and online bookings, ensuring rate integrity and inventory control.
- Collaborate closely with the Revenue Management team to implement pricing strategies, manage yield, and maximise occupancy and average daily rate.
- Monitor reservation trends, pickup reports, cancellations, and no-shows, providing insights and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure correct configuration and usage of the Property Management System (Opera) and all distribution channels.
- Handle complex, VIP, diplomatic, and high-profile reservations with discretion, attention to detail, and service finesse.
