Role Description
The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Consultant role is a contract, in office position based in the Greater Ahmedabad Area.



The consultant will configure, customize, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Service, to meet client-specific requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering technical and functional requirements, designing solution architectures, developing plugins, workflows, and integrations, and performing data migration activities. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and developers to deliver end-to-end CRM implementations and enhancements, as well as troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance. The consultant will also prepare technical documentation, support testing and deployment, and contribute to best practices for CRM and Power Platform solutions.

Qualifications
- Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service) configur
