Role Overview

We are hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to build and scale the entire people function from the ground up.



This is a high ownership leadership role responsible for shaping the organization’s people strategy and driving aggressive talent acquisition with a strong focus on finance and accounting hiring for global clients.

This role is both strategic and hands-on. You will act as the architect of the company’s people foundation while directly partnering with founders and senior leadership to scale teams, strengthen organizational capability, and accelerate business growth.

The mandate is transparent. Build a high performing, scalable, and data driven people function that enables X Analyst to grow rapidly while maintaining quality, culture, and operational excellence.
