Job Brief:-
We are looking for an Android Developer who possesses a passion for pushing mobile technologies to the limits and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications.
A prospective candidate would have extremely good Android/ Java programming chops, experience with database (MySQL/ SQLite) design, MVC architecture, and working in Eclipse. An interest in Software Architecture and product development coupled with excellent communication skills would be a natural expectation.
Key Competencies:-
Positive in design patterns with Android programming language.
Familiar with Android its related technologies like Android SDK, Java.
Experience with GIT, XML, JSON Web Services.
Familiar in using native libraries like websocket would be an advantage.
Having good troubleshooting skills with track record to solve customer problems by identifying and performing root cause analysis (esp. on mobile applications).
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Have exposure to orchestrate technical and functional design by discussing with architects and tech leads, prioritize and help product management for predicting right delivery commitments.
Solid understanding of mobile development life cycle.
Good exposure to agile esp. scrum process will be an advantage.
Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and APIs.
Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliab
