Role Description
The AR Caller role is a full-time, in office position based in Chennai. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies and patients to follow up on outstanding claims, resolving denials, and securing timely payments.



Daily activities include reviewing account status, verifying insurance information, documenting interactions in the billing system, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. The role also involves coordinating with internal stakeholders to clarify billing details, adhering to compliance and privacy standards, and meeting productivity and quality targets. The AR Caller will be expected to maintain clear communication, manage call queues efficiently, and contribute to continuous improvement of revenue cycle processes.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and professional telephone etiquette.
