Role Description
The Aviation Consultant (Pilot Training) will support prospective and current trainees throughout their pilot training journey at Aeronexx Aviation Academy. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jaipur and involves advising candidates on suitable training programs, explaining course structures, fees, and career pathways, and assisting with enrollment and documentation.

The consultant will conduct information sessions, respond to inquiries in person, by phone,



and email, and maintain accurate records of leads and admissions. The role also includes coordinating with training and operations teams, providing ongoing support to trainees, gathering feedback to improve services, and contributing to outreach and relationship-building with airlines and other aviation partners.

Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage inquiries, and provide professional guidance to trainees and families.
- Knowledge of aviation fundamentals and flights, including basic understanding of pilot training pathways, regulatory requirements, and industry terminology.
- Familiarity with airlines and aircrafts, or willingness to learn, to advise trainees on broader aviation career options and industry trends.
- Prior experience in aviation, education counseling, or a related customer-facing role is beneficial.
