Role Description
The Presales Executive role is a full time, on-site position based in the Pune Division. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their property needs, and presenting suitable options that align with Brokerless Realty’s value proposition. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating leads through various channels, qualifying prospects, managing inquiries, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs. The Presales Executive will prepare and respond to RFPs,



deliver product and service information, and maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system. The position also includes providing proactive customer service, gathering market feedback, and supporting promotional activities to drive property sales.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing lead pipelines.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, present solutions, and support closing opportunities.
