Description :-

Position entails end-to-end ownership of Project Engineering activities including concept development, design, analysis, and execution. The role demands strong analytical capability, deep fundamentals in mechanical and thermal engineering,



and the ability to independently drive projects with minimal supervision.

The individual is expected to act as a technical anchor, guiding team members, driving problem-solving, and ensuring high-quality engineering outcomes. The role requires effective cross-functional collaboration and solid execution focus to deliver projects on time, with desired performance, quality, and cost targets

Requirement
M.Tech (Design / Thermal)
- 12 - 15 years of experience in Product Design and Development of compressor or any other rotating machines applied primarily in Refrigeration/Air Conditioning or any other applications.
- Hands on experience in handling mid to complex projects with a focus on continuous improvement, product optimization, and technical support
- Strong analytical capability with expertise in structural and thermal engineering, with ability to solve complex engineering problems
