Role Description
The Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Thanjavur, responsible for overseeing daily manufacturing operations of coco coir-based growing media products. The role involves planning and monitoring production schedules, coordinating workflow, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and optimizing resource utilization. The Production Supervisor will lead and guide production staff, assign tasks, provide training support, and address operational issues to maintain smooth plant operations.



The role also includes maintaining production records, collaborating with management on process improvements, and communicating effectively across teams to meet output and delivery targets.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and task delegation.
- Candidates should be proficient in production planning and managing production schedules to achieve daily and weekly targets.
- Candidates should have experience in production management, including workflow coordination, resource allocation, and quality control.
