This position is responsible for
- Analyse the FTF parts, EOL failed parts as per respective guideline of products.
- Identify the possible causes and inform to concern person about the findings.
- Inform the findings finally to Process Quality Supervisor.
- Record the data in the logbook and handover the activities to next shift reliever.
- Should be able to perform basic Quality inspection using instruments like Vernier, micrometet, height gauge on the child parts.
- Should be able to read engineering drawings.
- Escalate the repeat issues observed in the FTF analysis to Process Quality Engineer / Supervisor.
- Provide one Kaizen / improvement idea per month.
- Co-ordinate with Line supervisor in case of any abnormality found on assembly during analysis of FTF parts, Stop and Correct (e.g. child part mix up, assembly errors).
- Perform checks instructed by Process Quality Engineer for analysis of Customer complaint returned samples.
- Provide one Kaizen / improvement idea per month.
- This position will report to Process Quality engineer / Supervisor.
Qualified Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Automotive manufacturing industry in India.
- Experience of handling Assembly lines, as a part of manufacturing Quality.
- Experience in making investigation analysis of failure parts.
Skills:
- Able to work independently & prioritize actions as first escalation level in Quality Team.
- Able to adapt to the diversity and challenges of local working teams.
Social Competencies
- Has effective written, oral skills.
- Able to effectively convey information verbally and in writing to quality team and others.
Knowledge base:
- Preferred automotive manufacturing background.
- Basic knowledge of English language.
