Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Python Backend Engineer with strong experience in designing and developing scalable backend systems, APIs, and distributed applications. The ideal candidate should possess deep expertise in Python development, contemporary backend frameworks, cloud-native technologies, and experience working with intelligent application workflows and modern AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python.
- Build high-performance RESTful APIs and backend services using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.
- Develop and optimize database-driven applications with focus on performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Design and implement microservices and distributed systems following industry best practices.
- Integrate external services, enterprise platforms, and third-party APIs.
- Build and maintain asynchronous processing workflows using messaging and task queue frameworks.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to system design decisions.
- Develop secure,



observable, and production-ready applications with appropriate logging, monitoring, and testing.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and platform teams.
- Implement intelligent workflows involving large language models, retrieval systems, and automation capabilities within enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues and drive root cause analysis and performance improvements.

Required Skills
- 4+ years of hands-on Python development experience.
- Strong experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.
- Strong understanding of REST API design and backend architecture.
- Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, or other database technologies.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous processing frameworks such as Celery, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar technologies.
