About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong professional to join our Current Product Development team as a Senior Associate – Stainless Steel Category. This role will be instrumental in driving the end-to-end development and launch of new products, from market research and sample evaluation to testing, costing, SKU creation, launch readiness, and post-launch performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive end-to-end new product development activities for the stainless steel category

· Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the category

· Coordinate with vendors for product samples, review iterations, and track progress through finalization

· Manage in-house and external lab testing, follow up on reports, and support product approval processes

· Prepare and maintain product reports, development trackers, and approval documentation

· Finalize SKU specifications, dimensions, measurements, and packaging-related inputs

· Support SKU creation, EAN generation, HSN coordination, and product master data accuracy

· Work on SKU-level costing, indirect cost analysis, and landed c
