We are seeking an experienced
ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) Configuration Consultant
to support a proposal and potential implementation for an enterprise client. This role will focus on the
technical configuration and functional implementation
of ServiceNow's Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO) module to enable procurement intake and request management processes.
The ideal candidate will have deep hands-on experience configuring the ServiceNow SPO application and translating procurement business requirements into scalable platform solutions. This is
not
an integration-focused role; integration expertise will be handled by another team with Oracle experience. Instead, we are looking for a functional product specialist who can configure the platform, guide best practices, and help deliver a successful procurement intake solution.
Key Responsibilities
· Configure and customize the
ServiceNow Sourcing & Procurement Operations (SPO)
module to support procurement intake processes.
· Work with business stakeholders to understand procurement workflows and translate requirements into ServiceNow configurations.
· Configure catalogs, request forms, workflows, approvals, task routing, and related SPO capabilities.
· Recommend best practices for procurement intake and ServiceNow SPO implementation.
· Support workshops, solution design sessions, and functional demonstrations.
· Configure roles, permissions, notifications, and user experiences within the SPO module.
· Perform system testing, troubleshoot configuration issues, and support user acceptance testing.
· Document configuration decisions, system functionality, and implementation procedures.
· Collaborate with Oracle integration teams while remaining focused on the ServiceNow application configuration.
