Job Summary

We are looking for detail-oriented and customer-focused professionals to join our Homeowner Insurance Ordering team. The role involves processing homeowner insurance orders, coordinating with insurance companies and agencies , and ensuring accurate and timely completion of requests while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage Homeowner Insurance orders accurately and within defined timelines.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, agents, and internal stakeholders to obtain required information.
- Review documents for completeness and accuracy before processing.
- Maintain records and update internal systems with order status.
- Communicate effectively via phone and email with US-based clients and insurance partners.
- Meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.




- Adhere to company policies, compliance requirements, and process guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work in permanent night shifts (US business hours).
- Robust attention to detail skills.
- Good computer proficiency and ability to work with multiple applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in US Mortgage or Insurance processes.
- Knowledge of US Homeowner Insurance ordering is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with US insurance terminology and documentation will be a plus.
