Position: Engagement Executive

Work Mode: Fully Onsite (5 Days Work from Office)

Job Description

The Engagement Executive will be responsible for driving employee engagement initiatives and managing consultant engagement activities across Technogen India Pvt. Ltd., ConnectGen, and Technogen Edutech Private Limited. The role requires a proactive individual who can foster a positive work culture, enhance employee experience, and ensure seamless support for consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

Employee Engagement
- - Plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement programs such as Fun Fridays, team-building activities, cultural events, festival celebrations, employee recognition initiatives, and wellness programs.
- Organize and manage celebrations for birthdays, work anniversaries, achievements, and special occasions.
- Develop creative engagement strategies to improve employee morale, motivation, and retention.
- Conduct employee feedback surveys and engagement assessments, analyse insights, and recommend action plans.




- Partner with HR and business leaders to implement engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Coordinate internal communication campaigns and engagement calendars across all entities.
- Track participation and effectiveness of engagement activities and provide periodic reports to management.

Consultant Engagement & Management
- - Manage end-to-end consultant engagement activities throughout the consultant lifecycle.
- Ensure timely collection, validation, and submission of consultant timesheets and follow up on pending submissions.
- Conduct regular weekly and monthly check-ins with consultants to understand their work experience, challenges, and support requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact between consultants, client managers, and internal HR teams.
- Proactively identify and resolve consultant concerns related to assignments, payroll coordination, documentation, compliance, and workplace issues.
