Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Officer with 5+ years of experience in compliance, internal audit, risk management, or regulatory functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, managing statutory filings, conducting compliance reviews, supporting audits, and maintaining a strong governance framework across assigned business entities.

Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Manage statutory filings and regulatory submissions, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Conduct compliance and risk assessments, identify potential gaps, and recommend corrective actions.
- Maintain compliance records, dashboards, and periodic management reports.
- Investigate compliance issues and support remediation plans.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external consultants to ensure regulatory compliance.




- Monitor changes in regulatory requirements and update policies accordingly.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of audit observations.
- Conduct employee awareness and compliance training programs.
- Drive continuous process improvements to strengthen the organization's compliance framework.
