The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through B2B and corporate sales in the gifting industry. The role involves acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, coordinating with outsourced vendors, and ensuring timely execution of orders while maintaining profitability and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Generate current business through corporate clients, channel partners, institutions, and bulk buyers
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, quotation, negotiation, and closure
- Coordinate with sourcing, production vendors, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients and repeat customers
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates for management
- Ensure profitability by monitoring margins, costing, and vendor negotiations
- Handle escalations related to client expectations, quality, and delivery timelines
- Mentor and manage the sales team (if applicable)
