As we continue our growth journey, we're looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Executive (US Staffing) who is passionate about building client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and contributing to the success of a high-growth organization.

Key Responsibilities

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and generating qualified leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, email campaigns, and other prospecting methods.

Executing cold outreach through emails, LinkedIn messages, and outbound calls to engage prospective clients.





Conducting introductory and discovery calls to understand client hiring needs and present our staffing solutions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with Direct Clients, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), VMS partners, and Implementation Partners across the US market.

Managing the complete sales lifecycle—from prospecting and lead qualification to client onboarding and account handoff.

Collaborating closely with recruiters and delivery teams to ensure successful fulfillment of client requirements.

Maintaining accurate sales records, pipeline updates, and forecasts using CRM tools.

Keeping up with US staffing market trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to identify recent business opportunities.
