About Us
We are a growing automotive eCommerce and tech company specialising in aftermarket vehicle technology, including Android head units, dash cameras, reverse cameras, TPMS, OBD-II, and related accessories.

We are looking for a Product Expert who can confidently handle customer support, technical troubleshooting, and admin work, while managing their workload with minimal supervision.

About The Role
This role combines customer service, technical support, and operational admin. You will support customers primarily via chat and email , troubleshoot product issues, and ensure all follow-ups and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

We are looking for someone who solves problems properly and does not default to refunds or returns unless absolutely necessary.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via chat and email
- Troubleshoot head units, cameras, TPMS, OBD-II, and related products
- Guide customers through basic wiring, installation, and setup
- Complete admin tasks with a 100% weekly completion expectation but not limited to:
- Manage Out-of-Stock (OOS)



order follow-ups
- Review and update product pages for accuracy
- Send initial response to customer reviews and ensure follow-ups are completed
- Track recurring issues and work toward permanent fixes

Bonus / Priority Consideration

Applicants Will Be Prioritised If They Have
- Experience with cars, head units, dash cams, reverse cameras, or vehicle electronics
- Hands-on installation or troubleshooting experience
- Previous technical support experience for hardware or electronics

Schedule & Work Setup
- Tuesday to Saturday, morning shift
- Full-time only (no other jobs or freelance work)
- Time tracking via Time Doctor

Pay (Read Carefully)
- PHP 35,000 – PHP 40,000 per month, depending on experience
- Fortnightly pay (every 2 weeks)
