Position Overview

LASA Consultants & Organisation is seeking a highly motivated, target-oriented, and technically competent Solar Sales & Installation Engineer / Supervisor to drive the sales, execution, and successful commissioning of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Institutional, and Government Solar Rooftop Projects under the PM Surya Ghar – Muft Bijli Yojana, PM-KUSUM,



and other Central/State Government solar subsidy schemes.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the complete project lifecycle—from lead generation and customer acquisition to site survey, technical consultation, subsidy assistance, installation supervision, net-metering coordination, commissioning, and post-installation support—while consistently achieving assigned business and operational targets.

Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Development (Primary Responsibility – Target Based)
- Generate qualified leads through field visits, digital platforms, channel partners, referrals, builders, RWAs, industries, commercial establishments, institutions, and government agencies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and revenue targets assigned by the management.
- Promote and sell On-Grid, Off-Grid, and Hybrid Solar PV Systems for residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
