We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Head to
lead our sales function and drive business growth in the influencer marketing space.
The ideal candidate should have
7+ years of experience
in sales, business development, or revenue generation, preferably within influencer marketing, digital marketing, media, advertising, or brand partnerships.

As the Sales Head, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building long-term relationships with brands and agencies, leading the sales pipeline, achieving revenue targets, and contributing to the company's overall growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable business growth and revenue.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process, including lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, pitching, negotiation, closure, and account handover.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities with brands, agencies, and strategic partners.




- Build and maintain solid relationships with key decision-makers and marketing stakeholders.
- Own and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct client presentations and pitch influencer marketing solutions tailored to business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including campaign management, influencer relations, and creative teams, to deliver effective client solutions.
- Develop long-term partnerships that drive repeat business and client retention.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the creator economy.
- Prepare sales forecasts, revenue reports, and performance updates for leadership.
- Establish and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
- Mentor, guide, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
