What you will do
- Lead cross-functional project teams responsible for the design, testing, validation, qualification, and production of new signal chain products
- Stay up to date with manufacturing flows and capabilities available in-house and external sub-cons to decide project strategy
- Define project scope, resources, timelines, budget, and deliverables
- Work with internal and external(sub-cons) stakeholders/functional leaders worldwide and own all aspects of the project lifecycle.
- Drive project execution and ensure delivery against agreed specifications, quality standards, timelines, budgets, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks and gaps, and implement mitigation actions where necessary, share the progress reports with the stakeholders
- Oversee the product family pipeline and ensure alignment across multiple development projects.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through lessons learnt and contribute to the development of project management best practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure successful project outcomes and strategic alignment.
What you will need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience within an international matrix organization.
- Experience with modern Project Management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Solid leadership skills with experience building and leading cross-functional teams in a global environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, including engagement with senior leadership.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Willingness to travel to Assembly and Test facility to facilitate resolving issues
