Senior Payroll Specialist

Location: This is a hybrid chance in Delhi NCR, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurugram area.

About the role

The Senior Payroll Specialist is responsible for administration of the US payroll function by ensuring that all payrolls are processed accurately and timely, and in accordance with government mandates and corporate guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reviews employee changes, handles necessary employee updates to direct deposit, tax, and other setups, works with teammates and HR on any concerns to ensure teammates per cycle pay is accurate.
- Handles payroll cycle steps for all employee changes such as terminations, transfers, promotions, rehires, new hires, leave of absence, and state moves.
- Reviews support files, creates upload batches, and processes payment files accurately.




- Coordinates the activities in the payroll cycle to facilitate the timely delivery of payroll and reporting in an productive manner.

What were looking for
- Three years of payroll processing experience.
- Knowledge of payroll functions/processes.
- Knowledge of processing payroll with ADP or similar 3rd party platform.
- Accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness in payroll processing duties.
