Role Description
The Procurement Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for managing the end-to-end purchasing lifecycle to support the firm’s operational and strategic needs. Day-to-day activities include identifying and evaluating suppliers, preparing and processing purchase orders,
negotiating pricing and terms, and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services. The role involves maintaining accurate procurement records, monitoring inventory or service utilization, and aligning purchasing decisions with budget and compliance requirements. The Procurement Executive will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements, resolve vendor-related issues, and contribute to improving procurement processes and cost efficiency.
