Core Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized welcomes, and actively managing any complaints or requests to deliver flawless service.
- Operational Oversight: Conduct shift briefings, monitor lobby traffic, and inspect public areas, guest rooms, and back-of-house spaces to maintain strict aesthetic and hygiene standards.
- Inter-departmental Coordination: Act as a bridge between the Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure operational flow and avoid service bottlenecks.
- Emergency & Safety Management: Implement and lead emergency protocols (e.g., fire drills, medical situations, evacuations) and enforce health, safety, and security regulations across the property.
- Administration & Reporting: Oversee end-of-shift reconciliations, manage staff attendance,
and prepare detailed shift handovers highlighting VIP movements, occupancy metrics, and operational incidents.
Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or a related hospitality field is typically required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of progressive supervisory experience in the Front Office or a general operations role within a luxury/5-star hospitality setting.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS), excellent crisis management and conflict resolution, and superior interpersonal and communication abilities.
