Finance Manager
to manage the company’s accounting, compliance, financial planning, reporting, taxation, and internal financial controls.





The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a quick-growing startup environment and collaborating directly with the founders, management, auditors, consultants, banks, and regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, reconciliations, payments, collections, and financial records.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash-flow reports, and management dashboards.
- Develop annual budgets, financial forecasts, expense plans, and cash-flow projections.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and explain significant variances.
- Manage GST, TDS, income-tax, payroll-related compliance, statutory filings, and other applicable financial regulations.
- Coordinate with chartered accountants, company secretaries, statutory auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor payments, invoicing, and collections.
