What You'll Do
- Deliver an exceptional and personalized shopping experience for every customer.
- Understand customer preferences and recommend products that match their style and needs.
- Build lasting customer relationships to encourage repeat visits and brand loyalty.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through consultative selling and effective upselling.
- Ensure the store is visually appealing by maintaining high visual merchandising standards.
- Manage stock replenishment, inventory accuracy, and store housekeeping.
- Process billing and POS transactions efficiently while maintaining operational excellence.
- Collaborate with the team to create a positive, energetic, and customer-first shopping setting.
For Store Managers
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the store team.
- Drive store performance and business growth.
- Monitor KPIs including Sales, Conversion, ATV, UPT, and Productivity.
- Oversee daily operations, inventory, customer service, and compliance with SOPs.
- Coach the team to consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences.
