Role Overview
We’re looking for a dynamic, energetic and outgoing Assistant Manager who loves people, understands social media and enjoys driving sales. This is a leadership development role designed for someone who can grow into managing multiple stores and leading teams as Goldrush expands.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Experience
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences every day.
* Drive daily sales and achieve store targets.
* Convert first-time visitors into loyal Goldrush members.
* Promote memberships, protein shakes, coffees and retail products.
* Build relationships with athletes, gym communities, runners and corporate customers.
* Handle customer feedback professionally and create memorable experiences.
Social Media & Content
* Create engaging Instagram Reels, Stories and daily content.
* Capture high-quality photos and videos inside the café and during community events.
* Respond to comments, messages and customer enquiries promptly.
* Work with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
* Stay updated with social media trends and execute creative ideas quickly.
Community Building
* Be the face of Goldrush during community runs, sporting events and activations.
* Build relationships with fitness influencers, sports clubs and local communities.
* Help organise events and create excitement around the brand.
Store Operations
* Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations.
* Ensure excellent presentation, cleanliness and service standards.
* Train current team members and maintain positive team culture.
