Role Description
The Housekeeping Associate role is a full time, on-site position based at one of Ramee Group’s properties in Mumbai. The role involves maintaining guest rooms, corridors,



and public areas to high cleanliness and hygiene standards, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and replenishing amenities. The Housekeeping Associate will follow established procedures and checklists, report maintenance issues, and ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and properly. Daily responsibilities include preparing rooms for guest arrivals, responding to guest requests promptly and courteously, and coordinating with the front office and other departments to support smooth operations. The role also requires adherence to safety, health, and hygiene protocols, and participation in regular training to uphold Ramee’s service and quality standards.
