Job Description - Manager Quick Commerce E-Commerce
About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager Quick Commerce E-Commerce to join our rapidly growing team in Gurugram, Haryana. This is a pivotal recent role, created following our recent funding round. You will be instrumental in establishing and accelerating our product presence across all key online marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms, ensuring faster and more efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow our business across leading quick-commerce platforms including Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart, as well as major marketplaces such as Amazon and Flipkart.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with platform category managers and key account managers.
- Oversee and optimize catalogue management, product listings, content, imagery, pricing, and assortment across all relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute impactful platform promotions, sponsored advertising campaigns, and visibility initiatives to drive Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and conversion rates.




- Monitor and enhance in-stock availability, fill rates, and adherence to platform service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate demand planning and inventory management for fulfilment centres and dark stores to ensure seamless operations.
- Analyze platform performance metrics, including sales, customer ratings, share of search, and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), and implement data-driven optimizations.
- Manage online pricing strategies, deals, and promotional calendars in alignment with brand guidelines and margin objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive performance reports and formulate strategic recommendations to scale our online channel effectively.

Qualifications Skills Required:
- 5 to 10 years of experience in Quick Commerce and E-Commerce management.
- Proven track record of managing and growing business on platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, Amazon, and Flipkart.
