We are looking for a skilled Housekeeping Supervisor with 2 to 5 years of experience to oversee property maintenance and facility management operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing facilities and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure productive and effective cleaning and maintenance of properties.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules, allocate tasks, and monitor progress to meet high standards.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify areas needing improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Train and mentor current employees on cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.




- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues or complaints.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in housekeeping supervision or related field.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service standards.
