Job Title: Accounts Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to oversee the company's accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, manage statutory compliance, and maintain effective financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors and support internal and external audits.
- Monitor cash flow and maintain accurate financial records.
- Lead and mentor the accounts team.

Requirements:




- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (CA/CPA/MBA Finance preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, Busy, SAP, or other accounting software, along with MS Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
