- Responsible for doing code review, code quality
- Cross functional, self-organizing and non-shared
- Understand functional requirements; estimate and plan for development of user stories during sprint plan
- Understand non-functional requirements, design considerations prior to code
- Code to meet business requirements, adhering to coding standards
- Unit testing of developed code
- Build & Integrate code; resolve integration issues and ensure the user story requirements are delivered as code
- Demo developed product to Product Owner and incorporate any comments
- Demonstrate self-organizing behaviour Take ownership of the story point assigned for development, proactively seek clarifications, raise issues on time for resolution and work towards completion on agreed plan
