Uplers is Looking for:
Role Summary
We are looking for a strong hands-on PPC Specialist with 3–6 years of experience managing paid media campaigns across
Google Ads
and
Meta Ads.
This is
an execution-heavy role
for someone who can
independently set up, manage, optimize, QA, analyse and improve campaigns
for lead generation and eCommerce clients.
The role requires strong platform knowledge, sharp problem-solving, transparent client communication and the ability to use AI/LLMs to improve research, planning, creative inputs,
campaign analysis and reporting quality.
This is
not a pure coordination role.
The candidate must be comfortable working directly inside ad platforms and must be able to own campaign performance with accuracy and discipline.
Experience Required
3–5 years of hands-on PPC / paid media experience.
Preferred background:
- Current or recent experience with a PPC agency, digital marketing agency, performance marketing agency or growth agency.
- Experience working on AU/NZ-based clients or international PPC accounts in the last 12 months.
- Experience managing both B2B lead generation and eCommerce campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Setup & Execution
- Set up and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Build campaign structures based on objective, audience, funnel stage and budget.
- Execute search, display, remarketing, YouTube, shopping, PMax, lead generation and conversion campaigns where relevant.
