Role Description
This is a full time, on-site B.Tech Engineer role based in Ghaziabad. The engineer will support project planning and execution, including requirements analysis, technical documentation, and coordination with internal teams and clients. Day-to-day responsibilities may include assisting in designing and reviewing engineering solutions, monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to technical standards, and contributing to problem-solving activities. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders,



preparing reports, and participating in meetings to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and safely.

Qualifications
- Completed B.Tech degree in a relevant engineering discipline (such as Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer Science, or related field).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with capacity to interpret technical data and propose practical solutions.
- Proficiency in basic engineering tools and software (for example CAD tools, project management or documentation tools, and standard office applications).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and interact professionally with clients.
- Solid understanding of engineering fundamentals, safety practices, and quality standards applicable to project work.
