Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, emailers, brochures, event collaterals, booth installations, and packaging.
- Create engaging visual content including social media creatives, infographics, brand collaterals, and marketing materials.
- Plan, shoot, edit, and produce short-form and long-form videos, including founder stories, client testimonials, product demonstrations, reels, and campaign videos.
- Develop 2D animations, motion graphics, and explainer videos to simplify technical and sustainability-focused concepts.
- Design visual communication for product launches, awareness campaigns, events, recruitment, and internal initiatives.
- Ensure consistency of PadCares visual identity across all online and offline brand touchpoints while continuously enhancing brand assets and templates.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, HR, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to translate ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Stay updated with emerging design trends, storytelling techniques,



and AI-powered creative tools to continuously improve creative output.
What were looking for:
- 23 years of experience in graphic design, visual communication, or multimedia design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video production.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, Figma, and other relevant creative tools.
- Experience in video shooting, editing, motion graphics, and basic animation.
- Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, engaging, and impactful visual communication.
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with a cooperative and solution-oriented mindset.
