Job Responsibility
- Business Excellence & Capability Building
- Plan and conduct Business Excellence assessments using frameworks such as TBEM and DATOM.
- Design, deliver, and manage training programs including Business Excellence, Design Thinking, and related methodologies.
- Support functions and business units in preparation for excellence assessments and improvement initiatives.

Process Improvement & Digitalisation
- Lead process mapping, simplification, standardisation, and digitalisation initiatives across functions.
- Drive horizontal deployment of best practices and successful improvement projects.
- Support organizational initiatives related to data maturity and analytics-driven improvement.

Innovation & Knowledge Management
- Own and manage enterprise innovation platforms such as Innovista Portal, eHackathon, Innoverse, and similar systems.
- Coordinate with functions for challenge identification, problem formulation, challenge posting, idea tracking, and implementation reviews.




- Guide functional teams to ensure effective participation in Innovista and other innovation programs.
- Facilitate and support Design Thinking workshops for business problem-solving.
- Analyze functional and enterprise-level data to measure and enhance the effectiveness of innovation programs.
- Strengthen Knowledge Management practices and introduce best-in-class approaches in innovation, KM, and process improvement.

Program & Financial Management
- Manage budgets, purchase orders, and logistics for Business Excellence and innovation programs (internal and external).
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and external partners to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.

External Benchmarking & Partnerships
- Identify and benchmark best practices within the Tata ecosystem and external organizations.
- Engage with external forums, institutions, and award bodies to bring differentiated practices into the organization.
