Role Description

1. BIM Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad.
2. This role involves leading BIM modeling and coordination for multidisciplinary projects, including Architecture, Structure, MEP, Scan to BIM, Scan to CAD and other BIM related projects in accordance with project standards and LOD requirements.
3. BIM Engineer will prepare 3D BIM Modeling from LOD100 to LOD500 based on client requirements and create construction drawings, manage clash detection and resolution, and ensure accurate documentation and model integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
4. Responsibilities include collaborating with project managers, engineers, and external stakeholders,



mentoring junior team members on BIM processes and best practices, and supporting implementation of new tools and workflows.
5. The role also requires adherence to company quality standards, participation in review meetings, and proactive communication to meet project timelines and client expectations.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust skills in Building Information Modeling (BIM), including model creation, coordination, and LOD 100–500 implementation.
- Candidates should possess expertise in preparing and reviewing Construction Drawings and related project documentation.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Architectural, Structural, Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing (MEP), Point cloud to 2D and 3D Conversion systems and their integration within BIM environments.
