Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Research Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will support a wide range of research, data analysis, and business operations projects while delivering high-quality insights that enable informed decision-making. You will work on diverse assignments, including AI data preparation, data research, customer support operations, accounting outsourcing, order management, data solutions, and data visualization across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Operations
- Conduct research and analyze data to support business and client requirements.
- Perform AI data preparation, data validation, and quality assurance activities.
- Assist with customer onboarding, order management, and operational support projects.
- Execute data research and maintain accurate, reliable records.
- Create reports and visualizations to present meaningful business insights.
- Meet daily productivity targets while adhering to established project guidelines.




- Ensure all assigned tasks meet defined quality standards and service-level expectations.
- Follow project-specific processes and standard operating procedures.
- Participate in training sessions, knowledge-sharing activities, and periodic assessments.
- Adapt quickly to changing project requirements and priorities.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Valuable attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in a BPO, KPO, research, operations, or similar industry is preferred.
- Experience working with data analysis, reporting
