Role Description
The Cluster Manager role at Axis Direct is a full time, on-site position based in North Lakhimpur, responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence across a defined cluster of branches or business locations.



The individual will oversee sales performance, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth, ensuring alignment with organizational targets and compliance standards. Daily responsibilities include monitoring branch KPIs, mentoring and guiding frontline teams, coordinating local marketing initiatives, and resolving escalated customer issues to maintain high service quality. The Cluster Manager will collaborate closely with regional leadership, product, and operations teams to implement strategic initiatives and optimize processes. The role also involves regular market analysis, competitor tracking, and reporting to support data-driven decision-making.
